Crystals are wrapped and packaged safely prior to shipping.
Exchanges will only be accepted at this time for crystals that arrive damaged, pictures must be sent for inspection prior to processing any exchanges.
All pictures must be emailed to (email@example.com or Contact page) within 15 business days from date of delivery of the product(s) that arrived damaged with the following:
Your name & email
Images of damaged product(s)
Receipt and order number attached.
Anything later than 15 business days will NOT be accepted.
Once this information is received please allow 5-7 business days for processing. During processing time we will be reviewing all images and information. Once approved, a refund to the same account used initially for your purchase will be processed. If both an image and receipt is not submitted a refund will not be issued.
Please be advised that all products are thoroughly inspected and wrapped very cautiously prior to shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.
All orders ship Thursdays- Saturdays. Orders do not ship out Sundays- Wednesdays or on federal holidays.
We cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen packages.
If your package is posted as delivered on the USPS website please allow an additional 24-48 hours as delays have been very common. If it is still not received by then please visit the Contact page and send an email with your name, email, & order number so we can assist you. Make sure to also contact your local USPS office to submit a claim immediately.
